Right now my favorites to listen to are (all upbeat and fun) :
"Promiscuous Girl" by Nelly Furtado w/ Timberland
"Rehab" by Amy Whinehouse feat. Jay-Z
"Every time we touch" by Cascada
"What was I thinkin' "by Dierks Bentley
"Rockstar" by Nickelback

I had my M R I today and it went good.... haha right.
The Dr. office sent me to Mckay Dee, and when I got to work I found out my insurance doesn't cover radiology procedures are Mckay. So thats awesome, I mean that's only going to cost a couple thous but what the hell, that's pocket change to me!
Right now the poodles are racing around, Damn it they are cute.. you know no matter how bad my day is those dogs crack me up.. PPOOOOOODDLE BOYYYS !!!

My cousin sent this to me in an e-mail and I really liked it... Makes me really take a look at my life.

The Mayonnaise Jar and 2 Cups of Coffee

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24
hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2
cups of coffee.
A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items
in front of him. When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very
large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.
He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them
into the jar He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open
areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the
jar was full. They agreed it was.
The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into
the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once
more if the jar was full. The students responded with an unanimous
'yes.'
The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the
table and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling
the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.
'Now,' said the professor as the laughter subsided, 'I want you
to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the
important things---your family, your children, your health, your friends
and your favorite passions---and if everything else was lost and only
they remained, your life would still be full.
The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your
house and your car.
The sand is everything else---the small stuff. 'If you put the
sand into the jar first,' he continued, 'there is no room for the
pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your
time and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the
things that are important to you.
'Pay attention to the things that are critical to your
happiness. Spend time with your children. Spend time with your parents.
Visit with grandparents. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your
spouse out to dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time to
clean the house and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls
first---the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is
just sand.'
One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee
represented. The professor smiled and said, 'I'm glad you asked.'
The coffee just shows you that no matter how full your life may
seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.'

By the way the post from yesterday maybe me think of a song I really like... so "youtube" it, it is by Wyclef and it is called "Take me as I am" pretty much love it!! PS today was much better then yesterday!
To keep anyone who is concerned, I am getting an M R I tomorrow in the morning to see how bad my jaw is and we will go from there. My jaw doctor was VERY nice and he could of not been more thorough... I have locked jaw now which means the cartilage in my jaw joints is pushed out of place so my jaw only moves to one side.. anyways in 2 weeks I have another appointment to talk about my surgical and non-surgical options, which ever road I decide to take.

What the hell...

Ok it's freakin Monday and this is already a shitty week, sorry but there is no other word so cover your eyes if you don't like it (j/k)...
Well since we live in Ogden, the "armpit" of Utah, our main water pipe broke. Don't worry... it only took 3 days to fix. It's cool, I just smell and look like someone needs to point me to the soup kitchen but it's cool. Good news though the water ran mud for about an hour once it finally came on and then it clogged up our tube. Or so we thought... lets just leave it at that.
So thats good...
This morning I got high-centered in some snow... don't worry it wasn't snowing yet, I am just that professional at driving. The snow from the oning over my car slide off creating a 3 foot wide 1.5 feet high edge at the end of my spot. I mean HELLO it wasn't snowing so why would I check behind my car.... honestly! So I had to wake Jeff up, he was thrilled... just kidding he was very nice to me about it. Well so the two us (Jeff in his P.J.'s) start digging me out and losing the snow under my car... when I spot that I have a flat tire on the back right side. (At this point I am 45 minutes late for work) So once we finally find where my spar is and get it out of the car the lug-nuts are a joke... Chevy was pretty serious about keeping those babies on... Jeff was JUMPING on the wrench-thingy to get them off. Ok at this point between the two of us, we could have made sailors blush with our language and I am laughing so hard because I felt like I was being punk'd. We call down to Howe's and I go down to get a different wrench-dealy and come back, so that thing worked but now Jeff can't get the 1 lb. Jack to stay under the car (20 minutes later) finally the jack works and then we change the tire and I can almost be to work... RIGHT! I am high centered on ice, thanks. So need less to say Jeff had to take me to work and the guys from work came back and towed it out and dug around it put it back in my spot... it's cool I am pretty professional because I was 2 hours late for work...
Wow this is long, sorry... our new couch its pretty much awesome! Pictures to come... I can't seem to bring the pictures up on our computer... figures.
Also I meet with the surgeon tomorrow in the A.M., wish me luck...

Ok, now I know everyone read this for a daily laugh because lets be honest I am pretty funny ok, but let's be serious for a minute... I am not an active church member but I was deeply saddened by Gordon B. Hinkley's passing. He was a great, open minded man that will be missed and not soon forgotten. He has been the prophet for half of my life... and I always looked forward to the day of G.B.H. on my books at the salon (Family joke)... In a world that is so chaotic and corrupt he seemed to bring things to reality... not just in a spiritual sense but whenever he spoke he seemed genuine and real no Bull Sh*t.

And as for someone that is finding herself in this crazy mixed up world, whether it be through blogs, tattoo's, dancing, church or work, I always appreciated his "realness" and not trying to fight who he was or what he believed in. As someone who prides herself on honesty, I try to be that way.. it's not always agreed with but I know deep down people really appreciate that I don't bet around the bush, I don't want anyone to have to second guess what I thought or feel... so that's why when I vent you know its the truth because I don't hide myself, and maybe that's why you find yourself reading this. So thank you to the people in my life for letting me be me and taking me as I am... Tattoo's and Vegas lovin' and all...

Here is the link to the new one, which will be delivered Saturday!

http://rcwilley.shoplocal.com/rcwilley/default.aspx?action=detail&flashbrowse=y&storeid=2564599&rapid=505138&pagenumber=1&listingid=-2092129046&ref=%2frcwilley%2fdefault.aspx%3faction%3dbrowsepageflash%26storeid%3d2564599%26pagenumber%3d1%26rapid%3d505138%26prvid%3dRCWilley-080120CB

It's a cream color, very contemporary and super fance! I'm just saying people, I got it for a real good deal OK. Mom you have taught me well!! and it is even less today then last week when we went. Thanks Martin Luther King Jr. for having a holiday and making my couch sups cheap!... oh and for civil rights! DUH! O and if you know of anybody that wants a couch, we someone/somewhere for the old one to go! Keep your ears peeled !

As for this snow business, It's really pissing me off. Just sayin!

Oh and hello, Sundance is going on! Um hi, I really need to go up there and see some celebs like yesterday! I mean good ones, not like someone that was on a show 10 years ago with a needle problem! Thanks... Clay told me that he would call me if any celeb's have snowboarding lessons or if he See's anyone there! He is my celeb gossip outlet for these few weeks while Sundance is going on, which I'm real sure he appreciates!

As for our girls trip to Vegas, it's starting to give me ulcers! The weekend that we wanted to go is Easter! ................................ I'm giving up I think

Anywho... I'm bored and if one more old person calls into work asking for something and doesn't listen I am going to flip! IF YOU ARE CALLING TO ASK QUESTIONS BE PREPARED, SHUT UP YOUR OLD RAISIN MOUTH and LISTEN! Oooo Maybe I just flipped out!

I gotta go before this gets bad...
Happy Monday !

Rain

Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass...
It's about learning to dance in the Rain!
My very good friend Tiffany posted this on her myspace blog, and I loved it. I think it takes a lot to step back the troubles in life and figure out to deal with and move on. Whether it be love life, job, family (immediate or extended), friends or whatever your stress may be.... we need to learn to "dance" with it. I am not very good at this saying that I stole from Tiffany but I sure are hell want to be better at it. We should all be better about this... it's easy to get caught up with something and I think we should step back, give people space, give OURSELVES space and learn to roll with it.

Ok I have a confession to make... I freakin' bought the Britney Spears CD...
STOP JUDGING ME!... LIKE NOW...

I know you are going to judge me so whatevs, but I am just saying it's good ok. Her music makes me want to dance. Look, I like dance parties and I like to dance to Britney. I figure I buy enough gossip magazines that I might as well help her career by buying her CD instead of helping that paparazzo...

Anyways I like her new one "Pieces of Me"

OK Enough of that embarrassment..... This weekend was pretty fun. We went down to the Huka Saturday to meet up with an old friend of Jeff. I love Nate and Aimee... I wish those crazy kids lived closer. They were going to Disneyland this week, Jealous Much!?! Hi yeah I am. We also went to dinner Friday night with Shaun, Julie, Christie and Vic. The food was O.K., the service was shitty but the company was great. Lots of laughs, lets just say at one point I tried to cut Vic with a butter knife and he ended up with carrots on his hand. It was real real funny. Trust me, it was.

I went this week to see Cellen's baby, Katilyn. She is absolutely beautiful. Very tiny and quiet... a very good baby. Mike and Cellen git a keeper :)

As for my fitness, I am doing pretty good. I did the Carmen Electra striptease video tonight and I felt REAL REAL stupid ! I am just saying people with muffin tops and cellulite should steer clear for stripping. It's not a good sight.... for ANYONE! I also bought some 10 lbs. weights for upper body. I am just saying I have big muscles... I will punch you in the face to prove. More than happy just ask!

I have 2 weeks until I see the surgeon :(... bad new bears. I wish it was tomorrow. Maybe I should have someone punch me in the face instead to help, any takers? HEY HEY not all at once, you know you turn on my fast when you find out I am closet Britney "unfitney" Spears fan. Get off my case already!

This week I am giving away free poodles named Scoot. That little jerk decided to bark and whine at everything! Its pretty awesome I must say... in the car, at home, outside... so free poodle this week... only serious inquires necessary ;)

Alright now that I have shamed myself for one night and I going to youtube a Britney Video... Haha Not Really... Good night and have a fabulous week! Hope for No snow !

Babies Babies and more babies....

GOODNESS! Everyone is having babies....
Steph is having a baby in July!!!!!!!! Yeah for my sister having babies!
Cellen had a baby girl on Saturday, they names her Katilyn! Congrats Lee's!
Salon Amy is due in like 2 weeks with a boy...
Christie is having a baby in August!!!...
and Jessica made me a proud aunt of a bunny named Booker T. Rabbit!
And I have some cousins having babies...

I would like to think I started it all of by my poodle-babies BUT WHATEVER...

Enough of that bis-nass.....
I cut Bubba's hair yesterday for his mission.... I was real real sad about it!I can't believe he is that old, Time sure does fly by. I am sure gonna miss that guy, he is a great "big" brother! :)

Ok now lets chat about something... the freakin snow yesterday, Hi, it snowed in Ogden from like 7 to 7. LISTEN I don't drink a S U V so if mother natural could stop flapping her snow wings that would mean the world the Tico (my Aveo) and I. I am just saying I am not 100% professional at drving in a foot of snow in a car that looks like a baby shoe.

O and my beautiful friend Farrah started a blog, because I motivated her. Listen, I move people ok... maybe my real calling in life was to be a motivational speaker. My seminars would be called "Get your can's in the seats and listen!"

Well my abs hurt from my fitness... I am sure I would have a killer six pack under this muffin top. It's cool, I just don't want people to be jealous, thats all I am saying.

Maybe I should work, ok bye

Tribute

This is a "tribute" for my republi... I mean conservative husband.

(Found on eBaumsworld.com)

Just to make this clear I AM NOT A FAN OF HUCKABEE!!!!

Rock on Obama!

I'm Not Dead just changing

I really love the lyrics to this song...

"I'm Not Dead" by PINK

Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
There's always cracks
Crack of sunlight
Crack in the mirror on your lips
It's the moment of a sunset Friday
When our conversations twist
It's the fifth day of ice on a new tattoo
But the ice should be on our heads
We only spun the web to catch ourselves
So we weren't left for dead

And I was never looking for approval from anyone but you
And though this journey is over I'll go back if you ask me to

I'm not dead just floating
Right between the ink of your tattoo
In the belly of the beast we turned into
I'm not scared just changing
Right beyond the cigarette and the devilish smile
You're my crack of sunlight

You can do the math a thousand ways but you can't erase the facts
That others come and others go but you always come back
I'm a winter flower underground always thirsty for summer rain
And just like the change of seasons
I know you'll be back again

I'm not dead just floating
Underneath the ink of my tattoo
I've tried to hide my scars from you
I'm not scared just changing
Right beyond the cigarette and the devilish smile
You're my crack of sunlight oh

I'm not dead just yet
I'm not dead I'm just floating
Doesn't matter where I'm going
I'll find you
I'm not scared at all
Underneath the cuts and bruises
Finally gained what no one loses
I'll find you
I will find you

I'm not dead just floating
I'm not scared just changing
You're my crack of sunlight yeah

Rain Boots, Pink and Vegas in 2008

So I am driving to work this morning listening my Pink CD and I am pretty much in love with Pink's CD - I'm not Dead. I have been obsessed with it for over a year now and I am not getting sick of it. If you haven't heard it, download it, buy it like NOW! Anyways as I am cruising in this sh*itty weather to work in my new hot rain boots... listening to PINK, I was thinking about how I need to go to Vegas. For those of you that don't know, I am pretty much OBSESSED with Vegas. If Jeff said we could live there we would there! I don't know what it is... maybe my many girls trips down there or my trips down there with Jeff, I just have the best time there! MANY long lasting memories! Soooooooooo, I am going to Vegas in April.

And thank you Mom and Dad for my super killer rain boots.... Weather like this you really need rain boots! I think I am going to switch all my shoes over to rain boots because they are not only cute but, HELLO PRACTICAL! I am just saying you need them.

O and what did I say about it being the Year of the Spears.... that crazy biotch had a nervous breakdown! UH Hello I am always 100% right.

Also Jeff is taking the poodle boys to get a hair cut and their toe nails clipped. They sound like raptors walking around on the hard wood and it does not feel great when they jump on you!

AND... Cellen just texted me that her water just broke and she is on her way to the hospital! Baby Lee is almost here!

One last thought... has anyone ever heard of diarrhea of the mouth.... because I think someone I know has it.... I am just saying someone should tie your mouth shut, thanks!

Son OF A JAW!

Well, It's official I have made an appointment with an oral surgeon to see if and/or what type of surgery I will need.
Listen, I am 100% thrilled about this if you can't tell. Because nothing in the world sounds more fun then surgery on my face! BUT I will admit I instantly judge people with yucky, missing and dis-figured teeth. Think what you will, maybe I am a bitch, stuck-up...whatever, you do it to. So needless to say if this jaw problem messes up my "beautiful teeth" (that's what my dentist says, so thanks mom and dad!)... I will be Real Real pissed.
***********Deep breathe************

Sorry for the rant, I am super frustrated about this. On a lighter note, I have a feeling that 2008 is going to be the year of the Spears... I can't get enough of those train wrecks! With people like that floating about, you can't help but feeling better about your life.
That's it BYE! Happy Thursday !

Up in the gym.. just workin on my fitness

In 2008 I have vowed to get back to working out 3 days a week... Listen I can do it ok. After this holiday I have some serious muffin top business.
Also, in 2008 I will get back to my old self, fun make up, wild style and fun hair. I have turned into one boring old broad.

As for my reflection on 2007, I have come to the following conclusions :
- Don't sweat the small stuff . . . it's just not worth it damn it!
-You can't choose your extended family . . . there are some extended family members that I can do with out. DRAMA! How can you be a good person, parent, relative if you're so consumed with other people's business.
- My mom and sisters are the most important women in my life. AND have taught me so many things this year. . . *Mom - her strength and love
*Steph - her attitude and positive perspective on everything
*Patty - her sense for adventure and killer sense of humor
*Mary Rose - her strength & friendship in the past year has blown me away
- If you set your mind to something, you can do almost anything
-POODLE'S RULE!!!

I am excited for the memories that await me in 2008! As a gift to myself I am getting a tattoo of a sparrow (which represents being free of something) holding a red rose(for Jeff and I), a white daisy (for my mom), a blue gerber daisy (for Steph), and orange tulip (for Patty) and a pink lily (for Mary Rose). The flowers that the sparrow will have in its mouth represent the people in my life that have helped me through this last year... with out them, I would be lost. So thanks.

Ok I am done now! Happy New Years !
